Please read these terms carefully before commissioning artwork.1. About Myself:
I am Kuma, a digital artist specializing in anime/comic inspired pinups and illustrations, sticker design, and furry art. I create custom artwork based on your specific requests and desires. My day job gives me a decent amount of availability to draw, but do understand art is a side job for me. I do this as a way to share my passion with others.2. Commission Process:
To inquire about a commission, please email me at the link provided. Once we discuss your project details and agree on the scope, I will provide you with a quote and estimated completion time (typically 4-6 weeks). You can then secure your commission slot by:Option 1: Paying the full amount upfront.
Option 2: Paying a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion and approval of the final artwork.3. Payment:
I accept payments through Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo and Zelle. All payments must be cleared before I begin working on your commission.4. Revisions:
I allow two rounds of revisions for each stage of the commission process (sketch, lineart, color). Additional revisions may incur additional charges.5. Rights and Usage:
Personal Use: You have the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes displaying it online and making personal prints.
Commercial Use: If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please discuss this with me beforehand. We can negotiate additional fees for commercial licenses.
Ownership: I retain copyright and ownership of the artwork itself. This means you cannot claim it as your own or modify it without my permission.6. Cancellations and Refunds:
Before Work Begins: If you cancel your commission before I begin working, you will receive a full refund.
After Work Begins: If you cancel your commission after work has begun, the refund amount will be determined based on the progress made. The deposit is non-refundable.7. Communication:
I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission throughout the process. Please be responsive to my communication to ensure the project stays on track. To view progress at a glance, check my Commission Queue link below for your project card on Trello.8. Disclaimer:
I strive to deliver high-quality artwork that meets your expectations. However, I cannot guarantee perfect resemblance to reference photos or complete adherence to every detail requested.
